There is not an upgrade path from 9.2a to 9.2b


Version 9.2b is functionally equivalent to 9.2a and includes localization support for English, French, Italian, German, Spanish, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese, and Traditional Chinese.



Can I Upgrade?

Not sure if you are eligible to upgrade? Here is what you can do:

  1. Login to your Webtrends Analytics interface.
  2. Click Administration > Application Settings > Licensing.
  3. On the General tab, check the status of your maintenance.
  4. Possible options include “In compliance” or “Out of Compliance”

If “In Compliance” is displayed you can upgrade to the latest release. If the screen shows your installation is “Out of Compliance” your Webtrends Analytics application will still process log data and display reports correctly, but is not able to be upgraded to the latest release. If your maintenance status is “Out of Compliance” support requests may be declined

Get Updates Sooner with On Demand

Webtrends debuts new features and upgrades in the On Demand version of products several times a year. SaaS customers receive the updates automatically. Webtrends releases a single update of its software each year to reduce IT and other deployment costs for these customers. The annual software update collects the new features and upgrades from the previous year.
