Training Cancellation Policy.

  1. Class registrations are not confirmed until payment is received in full. Webtrends reserves the right to cancel registrations if payment is not received within 10 business days of registration submittal, and a minimum of 2 business days prior to the start date of the course.
  2. All purchases of training are final and non-refundable.
  3. You may either reschedule or select credit toward a future class up to 14 calendar days prior to the start date of the class you are currently registered for. The credit must be used within 6 months of the original course start date.
  4. Course enrollment substitutions are acceptable any time up to the course start date, but the Webtrends training coordinator must be notified prior to the class start date.
  5. Webtrends reserves the right to cancel any class. If a class is cancelled, we will contact students by telephone and email to arrange for training credit. Every effort will be made to reschedule a cancelled class or transfer enrollments to a later date.
  6. As an important courtesy to students, every attempt will be made to ensure that students are notified at least seven calendar days prior to the start of the first day of class for any course that is cancelled.
  7. Education Subscription Holders: Once a registration for a specific class has been confirmed, Webtrends requests that Education Subscription holders notify Webtrends a minimum of seven calendar days prior to the start of the class if they wish to cancel their registration. Education Subscription holders with repeated late cancellations and/or no shows may be subject to forfeit of their remainder of their subscription term per the Webtrends Education Subscription Policy.
