Combining extensive business expertise with technical acumen, they lead a team of talented employees to create innovative products and solutions for leading enterprises around the world.

Management Team

Alex Yoder, CEO

As chief executive officer, Alex is responsible for worldwide operations and the overall strategic vision of Webtrends.

Prior to his appointment as CEO, Alex spent the past seven years serving in key management positions at Webtrends, with his last role being vice president of sales, North America. During his tenure at Webtrends, he has successfully worked to expand the brand and deliver business value to global enterprises.

His time at Webtrends tops off more than 20 years of global business experience spanning leadership roles across sales, marketing and operations. Alex has also served as vice president of sales for Touch Clarity, a behavioral targeting company.

Alex won a Stevie Award for Executive of the Year in Computer Software at the 2011 American Business Awards and was recognized by the Portland Business Journal as the 2010 CEO of the Year in Technology.

Alex holds a Bachelor of Arts in English literature from Whitman College.

Kristen Magnuson DeCozio, CFO

As CFO, Kristen leads and manages all financial, human resource and information technology functions for Webtrends operations globally. Her thirty years of broad based experience in finance and operations spans accounting, tax, mergers and acquisitions, business model restructuring, transition management, financial planning, legal, investor relations and information technology.

Prior to joining Webtrends, Kristen was both the CFO and executive vice president at the publicly traded company JDA Software Group, Inc. During her twelve year tenure, the company grew by 400 percent, from $92 million to $385 million in total revenue.

Kristen also held the position of vice president of financial planning and analysis for Michaels Stores, Inc., where she was the key player in completing four public offerings, five acquisitions and several bank financing transactions that raised nearly $1 billion in capital.

Kristen also currently serves as a director and the Audit Committee Chair of Convio, Inc., a publicly held SaaS company that provides online Constituent Relationship Management solutions for nonprofit organizations.

Martin Doettling, CMO

As CMO, Martin is responsible for developing and driving Webtrends’ global go-to-market and marketing strategy. With more than 20 years of industry expertise, Martin has gained recognition for his product, marketing and go-to-market leadership in successful software companies, ranging from venture-funded start-ups to global technology leaders.

Most recently, Martin was a strategy executive with IBM’s Smarter Commerce initiative where he helped develop and launch IBM’s first market entry into the cloud applications space. Prior to IBM’s acquisition of Coremetrics in 2010, Martin was Coremetrics’ vice president of product marketing, leading global product and go-to-market strategy for the company’s portfolio of analytics and digital marketing solutions.

Previously, Martin served as chief marketing officer at CollabNet, the leader in enterprise cloud development solutions, fueling a rapid growth spurt over twelve consecutive quarters. Prior to CollabNet, Martin held executive product and marketing leadership roles at Kana, Vitria, Remedy, and Adobe Systems.

Martin also serves as a director and development chair of the German American International School in Menlo Park, CA, an independent non-profit school with an international curriculum that fosters global thinking.

Martin holds graduate degrees from The University of Michigan, Michigan State University, and Albert-Ludwigs Universität Freiburg, Germany.

Bruce Kenny, EVP of Product

As executive vice president of product Bruce overseas all aspects of our product organization from strategy through engineering to saas operations.

With more than 20 years of working in all facets of the software industry, including sales, marketing, service and product development Bruce brings a customer & innovation first, business-centric approach to his role.

Prior to joining Webtrends, he led the engineering and hosted operations team at Infopia Inc., an e-commerce solution company. Bruce also served as senior vice president of products for Pivotal Corp. and as general manager and vice president at Simba Technologies Inc., the pioneer in standards-based data connectivity.

John Harrison, VP of Client Experience

As Vice President of Client Experience, John drives the industry leading and award winning client services team at Webtrends. Under John's guidance, this seasoned team uses proven methodologies to drive remarkable results across digital marketers mobile, social and web efforts; engaged at every stage of the customer partnership, from professional services and consulting, to performance management and optimization, to technical support, education and training.

John is a digital marketing and client experience pioneer with over 17 years of broad experience architecting innovative and successful brand, product and business strategies. He has deep experience building, mentoring, and inspiring digital marketing teams to deliver customer engaging, award winning and results driven programs for large enterprise organizations.

Prior to joining Webtrends, John was the President of Client Experience for Yesmail Interactive where he led the Client Services and Professional Services organizations. John has also held senior leadership roles at @Once, GeoTrust and Symantec.

Michael Ricci, VP of Digital Solutions Marketing

As Vice President of Digital/Product Marketing, Michael oversees the company’s product marketing, as well as it's mobile and social practices . Mike also has responsibility for all of Webtrend’s digital marketing efforts; including the company's website, mobile applications and video. He brings 25 years of experience in brand marketing, advertising, mobile and social marketing, Olympic and Sports marketing, and digital strategic consulting.

Prior to joining Webtrends, Michael was the vice president and mobile practice leader for Merkle, the leader in the CRM database (customer relationship management) arena. In his role, Michael worked with some of the leading brands in the world to develop comprehensive mobile marketing strategies and measurement programs that drove impressive ROI. Michael also played a vital role in guiding clients on integrated digital strategies that effectively married together mobile, social and web marketing efforts to create compelling relevance for customers.

Previously, as the VP Creative and Strategy for iLoop Mobile, Michael worked with some of the leading players in the mobile marketing arena and helped Obama 08′ win recognition as Mobile Marketer of the Year. Michael is well recognized as a “thought leader” in the mobile marketing arena, is Chairman of the MMA's Mobile Analytics Committee and is called upon to speak to some of the industry’s most prominent conferences.

Additionally, Michael has held senior marketing and business development positions at Volantis Systems, Aggreko and York International and helped usher in the concept of “business to business sports marketing” and won recognition for many of the innovative programs he created.

Jeff Clayton, VP of Strategic Sales

As Vice President of Sales for North America, Jeff leads the development and drives the strategic direction of all Webtrends sales efforts in North America. He brings 30 years of experience in database marketing, marketing automation, workflow management, email, web analytics, behavioral targeting, search, and ad serving.

Most recently Jeff was the vice president of interactive solutions strategy for Merkle, the leader in Enterprise Database Marketing. In his role, Jeff developed technology solutions and created partner relations to support Merkle’s current digital analytics, integrated social marketing, mobile, site side optimization and analytically driven display media practices.

Previously, as the VP of business development at Touch Clarity, Jeff played a key role in the company’s $62 million acquisition.

Additionally, Jeff has held vice president of sales and business development positions at Responsys, Double Click, Unica and ROI Direct.

Nick Sharp, VP and General Manager, EMEA

As Vice President and General Manager of EMEA, Nick is responsible for Webtrends EMEA and Australasia strategy and day-to-day operations, including sales and marketing as well as technical support, training, implementation and business consulting services. Prior to being named General Manager, Nick served as Webtrends Vice President of EMEA Sales and Marketing for several years. In this role, he led EMEA’s most experienced sales and marketing teams in the web analytics industry, developing deep industry expertise across key markets and building strategic relationships with many of the region’s leading clients.

Nick has 18 years experience in established and start-up technology organizations and was EMEA Sales Director at InfoLibria Inc., where he was responsible for defining, developing and executing sales strategies. Nick was also Group Sales Director at Tricom Communications and has held positions at Riversoft, Micom and CASE Communications. He has a BSc in Electronic and Electrical Engineering from Loughborough University, UK.

Suk Kim, VP, General Counsel

As general counsel, Suk oversees and manages all legal aspects for Webtrends. She is an active member of the executive team and also serves as the corporate secretary. Since joining Webtrends in 2006, Suk has served as director, corporate counsel and is recognized as a key contributor to the company’s successes.

Suk brings thirteen years of experience as a law firm attorney and in-house counsel structuring and negotiating technology-related commercial transactions, advising on protection and monetization of intellectual property assets, and serving clients from broad range of industries, including technology, media, entertainment and consumer services.

Suk has worked for such prestigious legal firms as Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison and Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York as well as Perkins Coie in Portland. Her range of experience includes work in intellectual property, securities, mergers and acquisitions and business law, including a focus on technology. She received her B.A. from Wesleyan University and is an honors graduate of Columbia Law School.

Abed Farhan, VP of Business Development

As Vice President of Business Development and Strategic Alliances, Abed is responsible for all business development initiatives for Webtrends. He continues to successfully enhance Webtrends strategic partnerships by developing and executing partner strategies.

Abed came to Webtrends from Serena Software, where he led the company's partner strategy and expanded partnership agreements to fuel revenue growth for the mashup exchange for business platform. Prior to Serena, Abed was responsible for the execution of strategic partnership strategies and the forest and Sullivan award-winning Retail Broadband Alliance at Earthlink. He has also served as vice president at Global Telecom.

Abed's entrepreneurial mindset and cross-functional leadership roles in diverse international technology business sectors consistently results in mergers and acquisitionsand hyper-growth business. He actively contributes to startups and global initiatives.

Jeff Seacrist, VP of Product Strategy

As VP of Product Strategy, Jeff’s team is focused on strategic product management, including market analysis, product roadmap, competitive intelligence, partner solutions, and market differentiation. As part of the broader Product team, which also includes development and hosted operations, the Product Strategy team ensures that our product and platform strategies meet customer requirements and have a profitable position within the marketplace.

Currently on his second stint at Webtrends, Jeff is one of the early innovators and leaders in the web analytics industry. In 2000, he launched the first cloud business at Webtrends, and was also instrumental in shifting the web analytics industry from its early IT-oriented approach to the business-focused solution that it is today.

Jeff has also led new product development initiatives for Dex Online – spearheading early online advertising solutions for local businesses, and led marketing and product management at Aisle7, developing technology-based shopper marketing programs for retailers. Jeff holds an MBA from the University of Minnesota and a BA from Augsburg College.
