Course DescriptionThe Certified Analytics Training Program is an intensive four-day training session followed by a certification exam on the fifth day. This course addresses the technical fundamentals and custom reporting knowledge required to support WebTrends solutions.

Exam DetailsThe exam occurs on the fifth day of training. To gain certification, an individual must pass the exam with an 85% or better.
The exam consists of two parts. The first part of the exam contains 25 multiple-choice questions. The second part of the exam is a practical component that consists of 5 tasks which must be performed in the WebTrends software. Each part of the exam counts for 50% of the exam score.

If an individual fails the exam, there is no refunding of the fee. Individuals may choose to pay to take the exam a second time. If the exam is failed twice the individual cannot be certified on the current release of the product.
