With over five years experience in web analytics, both within sales and marketing, Karen brings her valuable insight into the customer perspective to the Product Marketing team. She is responsible for developing resources to help customers in their evaluation of WebTrends throughout the sales process and manages travel vertical programs that help WebTrends customers optimize business performance in online travel and hospitality. Prior to joining WebTrends, she worked in enterprise sales at salesforce.com and Oracle. Karen is a graduate of the University of Southern California with Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration.
